As part of our partnership with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA), you have free unlimited access to their Employee Relations Helpline.

CCIWA’s team of experts can help you answer your employee questions and provide advice on employment law, the Awards system and other human resources matters.

If your issues can’t be resolved over the phone, CCIWA’s Human Resources Consulting Service can provide a variety of HR services from onboarding and inductions to temporary HR secondments.

You can also access an array of information sheets to help explain minimum entitlements, employee management and other topics via your Member Portal on www.cciwa.com.
