Chevron Onslow Relief Fund – Delivery Services
An initiative of the Chevron Onslow Relief Fund to support the Onslow Community & Local Businesses during this time of uncertainty resulting from the global outbreak of COVID-19. Delivery services will be made available from the Onslow General Store & the Onslow Pharmacy for those requiring to isolate because of Covid-19 and need access to essential items.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:
Your order will be delivered by either OCCI staff or some volunteer community organisations. All delivery personnel will be wearing masks and gloves and will simply place your order at the front door.
If you meet the above Eligibility Criteria and are needing essential items from the Onslow General Store please complete the below Order Form.
The Onslow General Store have created 7 meal pack options you can easily select for the number of people in your household - further down the form you have the option to customise an order, you do not have to select any meal pack options.
The Onslow General Store will do their absolute best to complete your order to its fullest, some items may be substituted for something similar if requested item is unavailable.
On completion of this order, the Onslow General Store will pack your order and contact you to make payment over the phone - please be sure your mobile number entered above is correct.
