Chevron Onslow Relief Fund – Delivery Services 

An initiative of the Chevron Onslow Relief Fund to support the Onslow Community & Local Businesses during this time of uncertainty resulting from the global outbreak of COVID-19. Delivery services will be made available from the Onslow General Store & the Onslow Pharmacy for those requiring to isolate because of Covid-19 and need access to essential items.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Must currently be isolating due to COVID-19 and have no family or friends able to offer support with access to essential items.

ONSLOW GENERAL STORE

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:

  • Orders are only to be placed for ESSENTIAL items only and orders for Alcohol & Tobacco products will not be allowed.
  • Orders received by 1pm on business days will be delivered the following business day between 9am and 12pm. For example if you place an order before 1pm on Friday it will be delivered the following Monday and if you place an order over the weekend your order will be delivered on the Tuesday.
  • On receipt of your order the Onslow General Store will pack your order - they will then contact you via phone to make payment via accepted cards 

  • Your order will be delivered by either OCCI staff or some volunteer community organisations. All delivery personnel will be wearing masks and gloves and will simply place your order at the front door.

  • Once your order has been delivered you will receive a text message to your nominated mobile number to advise the delivery is at your front door.

Delivery Address - must be a street address not PO BOX

The Onslow General Store have created 7 meal pack options you can easily select for the number of people in your household - further down the form you have the option to customise an order, you do not have to select any meal pack options.

MEAL PACK - Fajitas
(includes dinner kit, chicken, onion, capsicum, zucchini)


MEAL PACK - Spaghetti Bolognese
(includes spaghetti, beef mince, jar of sauce, onion, carrot)


MEAL PACK - Tuna Mornay
(includes pasta, tinned tuna, milk, frozen vegie mix, cheese)


MEAL PACK - Greek Style Roast Chicken
(includes chicken, potatoes, seasoning packet, eggplant, onion, capsicum)


MEAL PACK - Chilli Con Carne
(includes beef mince, rice, kidney beans, seasoning, chopped tomatoes, onion)


MEAL PACK - Stirfry
(includes chicken, rice, sauce, onion, frozen vegie mix)


MEAL PACKS - Chicken Curry
(includes, chicken, noodles, curry paste, coconut milk, frozen vegie mix)


The Onslow General Store will do their absolute best to complete your order to its fullest, some items may be substituted for something similar if requested item is unavailable.

On completion of this order, the Onslow General Store will pack your order and contact you to make payment over the phone - please be sure your mobile number entered above is correct.
