Chevron Onslow Relief Fund – Delivery Services 

An initiative of the Chevron Onslow Relief Fund to support the Onslow Community & Local Businesses during this time of uncertainty resulting from the global outbreak of COVID-19. Delivery services will be made available from the Onslow General Store & the Onslow Pharmacy for those requiring to isolate because of Covid-19 and need access to essential items.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Must currently be isolating due to COVID-19 and have no family or friends able to offer support with access to essential items.

ONSLOW PHARMACY

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER:

• Orders are only to be placed for ESSENTIAL items only 
• There will be limitations on particular Onslow Pharmacy products and scripts due to requirements under the Pharmaceutical Guidelines.
• On receipt of your order the Onslow Pharmacy will pack your order - they will then contact you via phone to make payment via accepted cards 

• Your order will be delivered by either OCCI staff or some volunteer community organisations. All delivery personnel will be wearing masks and gloves and will simply place your order at the front door.

• Once your order has been delivered you will receive a text message to your nominated mobile number to advise the delivery is at your front door.
